What you will do

• Develop production-grade applications using LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, etc.)
• Build intelligent agent systems with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and custom frameworks
• Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases
• Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems for knowledge-intensive applications
• Fine-tune and customize language models for domain-specific tasks
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing products through robust APIs
• Evaluate and benchmark different LLM providers for performance and cost optimization
• Implement safety measures and content filtering for responsible AI deployment
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• 3-6 years of software development experience with strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and language model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks
• Understanding of NLP fundamentals and transformer architectures
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS)
• Strong API design and integration skills (REST, GraphQL)
• Experience with asynchronous programming and handling concurrent requests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience fine-tuning large language models
• Knowledge of prompt engineering best practices and techniques
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and human feedback loops
• Experience with streaming responses and real-time AI applications
• Understanding of AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
• Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, audio)
• Background in conversational AI or chatbot development
• Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects
