Computer Vision Engineer
We're seeking a Computer Vision Engineer to develop state-of-the-art visual recognition systems that power our AI products. You'll work on challenging problems in image processing, object detection, and visual understanding, deploying models that need to perform reliably in real-world conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest computer vision architectures and contribute to products used by thousands of users.
What you will do
- Design and implement computer vision models for image classification, object detection, and segmentation
- Develop real-time image processing pipelines for production applications
- Optimize CV models for speed and accuracy across different hardware platforms
- Build data annotation pipelines and manage training datasets
- Implement and fine-tune state-of-the-art architectures (YOLO, R-CNN, Vision Transformers)
- Deploy computer vision models to edge devices and cloud infrastructure
- Conduct experiments to improve model accuracy and reduce inference latency
- Collaborate with product teams to define CV requirements and success metrics
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in computer vision and deep learning
- Strong proficiency in Python and CV libraries (OpenCV, PIL, albumentations)
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Understanding of CNN architectures and modern CV techniques
- Experience with image preprocessing, augmentation, and dataset management
- Knowledge of object detection and semantic segmentation approaches
- Proficiency with GPU programming and model optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video processing and temporal modeling
- Knowledge of 3D computer vision and depth estimation
- Familiarity with model deployment frameworks (ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO)
- Experience with edge deployment (mobile, embedded devices)
- Understanding of generative models for image synthesis (GANs, Diffusion models)
- Published research in computer vision conferences (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV)
- Experience with multi-modal learning (vision + language)
- Contributions to computer vision open-source projects
